The Decay of the Angel eau de parfum by TIMOTHY HAN / EDITION is a dry and smoky gender neutral fragrance inspired by Yukio Mishima's novel - the last in his Sea of Fertility series

Like the novel, this perfume explores notions of decadence, innocence, birth and rebirth; the inescapable beauty of nature in all its forms. The fragrance pyramid reflects the five stages of a fallen angel: Decay, Diaphoresis, Dirt, Dissatisfaction and Darkness. It opens with fresh and voluptuous florals, descends into an intoxicating heart of sambac jasmine, acacia and Spanish cade, then comes to rest on oudh, Atlas cedarwood, patchouli, tonka and labdanum
